Open Play at Cholon 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. This is likely our last open play at Cholon in 2025. Come for the friendly Mahj, stay for the dim sum, dumplings and dragon drinks. Bring your 2025 NMJL card and join us for a fun, social evening with fellow mahjong enthusiasts. All skill levels are welcome, but attendees must already know how to play American Mahjong and be familiar with NMJL rules, as no instruction will be provided at this event. Please read our cancel policy before booking. You will be charged a no-show fee of $20 if you do not cancel 48 hours in advance. Mahjong is best with four players so when people don't show up it impacts the whole game.

Cancellation Policy
As you know, in Mahjong it's important to have a full house and we work very hard to make sure our tables are full. We allow cancellations and refunds 7 days prior to the event. After 7 days, there are no refunds, but you may receive a credit for a future event. If you cancel 48 hours before the event your credit is forfeited and there is no refund. If you no show, (rsvp but do not show up and do not notify us that you can't come) there is a fee of $20.
