Refund Policy - Open Play

As you know, in Mahjong it's important to have a full house, so we allow cancellations and refunds 7 days prior to the event. After 7 days, if you must cancel, please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a no show fee of $20. If you do not show up or cancel 48 hours before the event, we will charge $20 as it effects everyone who plays. Refund and Booking Policy - Lessons

When booking a lesson, you are required to put down a $50 deposit to hold your lesson date. Your lesson can be cancelled 14 days in advance and your $50 deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations after 14 days and you will forfeit your deposit.

48 hours prior to the lesson, the host/hostess is required to pay for the lesson in full for the expected number of guests at the lesson. Should you need to add people to a lesson after 48 hours, you are able to do so, however, we do not offer refunds on attendees who cancel within the 48 hours.
